Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Seller Onboarding Field Executive to identify, approach, and onboard new sellers onto our platform. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, seller acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring smooth onboarding of vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential sellers in assigned areas.

Conduct field visits to explain company services and benefits.

Convince and onboard new sellers onto the platform.

Collect required documents and complete KYC formalities.

Assist sellers in catalog listing and product uploads.

Provide basic training to sellers on how to use the platform.

Maintain daily visit reports and onboarding records.

Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth seller activation.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within assigned areas.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and online platforms.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce or marketplace onboarding.

Strong convincing and presentation skills.

Local market knowledge.
