We work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm India time [GMT + 5:30 hrs] Saturday and Sunday being holiday (including Indian National Holidays)

3.Can our professionals communicate in English?

Yes our professionals have fluency in both verbal and written English

4.How soon can you have the services of a designer After you have signed the contract and made payment for the designer selected ?

You will be sent the portfolio of the designer allocated to you. Once you confirm the designer allocated to you we provide him with the setup to start your work immediately.

5. Can we interact with the designer ?

Yes you can interact with the designer via email and chat during office hours. You can assign him jobs directly and take daily feedbacks about your work.

6.Can you change a designer midway through the project ?

If you want to change designer, you can notify us and we will take immediate steps to take him off your projects and we will also provide you with a replacement as quickly as possible.

7.What happens if the assigned designer leaves the company mid project ?

We have a policy of 30 days notice period and in that time we will do all the knowledge transfer and provide a replacement. Moreover, the project manager and coordinators at our end will ensure that your operations are not affected by such activities.

8.What about the quality of work ?

We have inhouse quality control specialist to check the quality of the deliverables. Moreover you will have the assistance of Team Leaders and Project Managers to check the progress of your work and to provide you with regular feedbacks

9. Can both the parties terminate a project midway ?

A 15 days termination notice has to be send from your side.

10. When do we raise the bill ?

All payments need to be made in advance. The salaries are due every month by 7th, this helps in us having a smooth flow of work.We accept payments through PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer
